Rates & Availability
- Reservation fees: €10 for weekends and short stays in the low season and €25 for the months of July and August (high season).
- Deposit: €200 per lodging (cleaning deposit included)
- Payment by: cheque, holiday voucher, credit card, bank transfer, cash or postal money order.
- When you reserve you will be asked for one third of the total cost of the stay.
- A cleaning service is available from €90.
- Please make an appointment to see us on the eve of your departure so that we can organise our visit.
- Weekend + option: in low season, you can arrive in the morning from 10am instead of 4pm for a supplement of €15. You can also extend your stay for a further €15 and leave in the afternoon before 5pm.
- For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness, animals are not allowed in the rental accommodation.
- Cancellation insurance: 5% of the total amount (excluding tourist tax and reservation fees)/optional.
- Our rates include: television in the rental accommodation except for ‘Tithome Fuschia’, space for one vehicle to park on the plot, free WiFi access at the wifi room, communal barbecues, play areas (swings, slides, etc.), bowls courts, outdoor heated swimming pool with water slide and baby paddling pools (from May onwards), in July and August: swimming pool, bar, mini market, restaurant/snack, warm bread and pastries.
