When does the campsite Cote Plage open ?

The campsite open from April 30th to September 8th 2024.

Outsite this period, only the office (telephone reception) are open.

What are the payement method for booking ?

We accept the bank transfer and payments by credit or debit card.

What are the additional accommodation costs ?  

In addition to the price of accommodation, here are the additional costs :

  • Booking Fee : €10 in low season and €25 in high season (€10 discount if you book online)
  • Cancellation-Interruption Insurance (5% of the accommodation amount with a minimum 20 €) : optional
  • Tourist Taxe : 0.65€/night/pers. (+18 years)

What are the booking conditions ?

For any booking more than 30 days before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount as well as the booking fee (€10 or €25) and the cancellation insurance (if subscription). The balance of your booking must be paid to us no later than 30 days before your arrival.

If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, you will have to pay your booking entirety.

Can I pay in several instalments ?

New for 2024, when you book you can now choose to pay for your stay in several instalments with Floa Bank:

1- How do I connect to my customer area?
To connect to your customer area, go to https://particuliers.floapay.com. Enter your email address (the one you used to place your order) then click on “First connection”. You will receive an SMS with your temporary password.

2- Where can I find my payment schedule?
The payment schedule is available in the emails sent by FLOA when you validate your payment in several instalments, and then 8 days before each due date. You can also find all your payment schedules in your customer area at https://particuliers.floapay.com

3- How do I settle an outstanding payment?
You can settle any outstanding payments :
1/ On your own :

  • by clicking on the last payment link sent to you by e-mail or text message;
  • in your FLOA customer area https://particuliers.floapay.com, by clicking on “regularise an outstanding payment”.

2/ By contacting our services Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm on 0 809 400 111 (not surcharged).

You can also send us a cheque to FLOA BANK, Service recouvrement TSA 5001, 33070 BORDEAUX CEDEX.

4- How do I change my credit card?
You can change your credit card in your FLOA customer area https://particuliers.floapay.com.
Important: you can do this up to 7 days before your next direct debit.

5- Can I spread the payment of an outstanding instalment?
You can spread the payment of your outstanding instalment by going to your FLOA customer area https://particuliers.floapay.com. Click on “regularise an outstanding payment” then “I choose to pay in instalments”.
You can also contact our services Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm on 0 809 400 111 (not surcharged).

6- Can I change the dates of future direct debits?
Depending on the terms of your contract, when you validate your order, you should be aware that we are unable to change the debit dates on your payment schedule.
However, if a direct debit is rejected, it is automatically represented a few days later.
After several attempts at representation (10 maximum), if we find that the direct debit has failed, you will receive an e-mail telling you how to regularise your situation (or you can refer to the question “How do I regularise an outstanding payment? ” ).

7- Can I change my mind and withdraw from this payment method?
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you take out the 4X FLOA payment to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do this, you can use the detachable “4X payment” Withdrawal Form, which can be found in the “4X payment” General Terms and Conditions here [https://www.floabank.fr/conditions-generales-paiement-plusieurs-fois].

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, how can I cancel my booking?

The first thing to do is to contact us and let us know as soon as possible. Then there are 2 options:

You have not taken out cancellation insurance. You have not taken out cancellation insurance.
You have taken out NEAT CAMPING cancellation/interruption insurance.
In this case, you must notify us of the cancellation or interruption of your stay.

Campsite’s services

Can we buy bread and pastries in the campsite?

On July/August, everyday, we cook bread and pastries, while in low season, you can order bread and pastries (order the day before).  

Is it possible to get post / package during our stay ?

Absolutely. You will find your post in the wooden box, in the reception (sorted alphabetically).

Have you got play areas in the campsite ?

The campsite has 2 play areas, an inflatable structure, a beachvolley grounds, petanque strips and table tennis.

What the hours of the kids club ?

The kids club is open in July and August only (school holidays). Limited places.

The kids club is open from 10am to midday and from 2pm to 4pm with DIY workshop and challenge.

Have you got an internet access ?

Internet access is available in the camping. Paid service.

What type of BBQ can we use in the campsite ?

Only gaz bbq are allowed in the camping. The other BBQ are not permitted on pitches.

Collective charcoal bbq are available in the camping. We rent gaz bbq at the reception (€7 per day and €35 a week).

I’m booked a pitch

Should an adapter be provided for the electrical connections of the pitches ?

Some of our pitches are equipped with French plugs, others with European plugs.
European adapters are on sale for €15 in the campsite shop.

We advice you to no forget an extension cable (min. 25 meters) to connect up.

Do you have direct access to water on each pitches ?

No, there are approximately one tap for every 6 pitches and the campsite has 3 toilet blocks.  

Toilet blocks are open all the night ?

The first block (next to the pool) is open 24 hours a day, otherwise the two others closes between midnight and 7am to avoid the noise (slamming of doors, gatherings…), however there are outdoor restrooms opens 24 hours a day.

Can we choose a specific pitch ?

At the time of booking, you can write your wishes. We will do our best to assign you a pitch that best meets your requirements (subject to availability – without any guarantess).

Can we stay at 7 on a pitch ?

No, the maximum capacity for our pitches is 6 persons. If you are more than 6 persons, you will have to book a second pitch. We remind you that babies or young children are considered as person.

Can we park several cars on a same pitch ?

One car is allowed per pitch. On your arrival, we will give you a pass code to enter or to leave the campsite. However, a free car park is located at the entrance of the campsite.

Swimming pool

Is the swimming pool heated ?

Yes, the pool water is kept at 25°c from opening (mid-may) to closing (mid-september).

Are swim shorts allowed in the pool ?

Swim shorts are completely prohibited in the bathing area of the campsite.

Do visitors have access to the swimming pool ?

For health reasons, no visitors will be able to access the swimming pool. It’s strictly reserved for our holidaymakers who stay with us.

What the hours of the reception ?

April – May – June – September:

  • From Monday to Thursday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6:30pm
  • Friday and Saturday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
  • Sunday from 9am to 12 :30pm and from 2:30pm to 6pm

July and August :

  • From 9am to 7:30pm

Off season:

  • From Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

What time can I arrive at the campsite?

If you are staying on a pitch, you can arrive from 2pm. If you are staying in a mobile home, you can arrive from 4pm.

Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon and mobile homes by 10 a.m.

In low season, for a stay in a rental, you can take out the weekend + option. For a supplement of €15 on your stay, you can arrive from 10am on the day of arrival or leave before 5pm on the day of departure. For a supplement of €30, you can arrive from 10am and leave before 5pm.

What are the closing times of the gate ?

The gate is open from 7am to 11pm, outside this hours, you can park your car at the entrance of the campsite.

The traffic is limited at 10km/h and is forbidden in the campsite between 11pm to 7am.
On your arrival, we will give you a pass code to enter or to leave the campsite

Is it possible to arrive after the closing of the reception ?

It is possible to arrive after the reception closes.

You just need to call us before your arrival and we will explain what you need to do.

If necessary, call +33 (0)2 51 58 86 58, someone from the campsite will answer your call.

Does the phone network work well on the campsite ?

The phone netword is difficult to have on the campsite. The 4G, 3G connection is almost zero. Only 2 operators work a little on the campsite for sms and calls.

This is beyond our control, we report this « white zone » every year to the various phone operators.

Pet are they allowed in the campsite ?

Animals are accepted in the campsite, except in the accommodation, for a fee. They must be kept on a leash and be tattooed and vaccinated.

Attack dogs and guard dogs are not allowed. One animal is authorised per site.

Do you have electic charging stations for cars  ?

We have charging points on the campsite. When you arrive, you can ask at reception about the rates.

It is forbidden to recharge your car on a plot.

How to access the campsite when you don’t have a vehicle ?

The nearest station is in Challans (22km from the campsite), then you can take a bus to the bus station of St Jean de Monts (6km from the campsite).

In the high season, there is the La Littorale shuttle which connects Bus Station – Campsite.  

In low season, there is a bus that allows you to come to the campsite, the stop is located at 850m from the campsite, it’s line n°568.

Campsite’s location

How far are you from the city center ?

The campsite is 6km from the centre of St Jean de Monts and 4km from the centre of Notre Dame de Monts.

Is the campsite far from the beach ?

We have a beach access and the campsite is located at 200m from the beach. The beach is accessible to animals, kept on a leash.

In season, the beach is also supervised.

Do you have cycling paths next to the campsite ?

A cycling path passes just in front of the campsite.

This will bring you to the center of Notre Dame de Monts and St Jean de Monts in 15 minutes, without taking the road.

I’m booked a mobilhome or a chalet

Is there a deposit required for rentals ?

We will be asked to pay a deposit of €200 on the day of your arrival, as a guarantee for leaving the accommodation in good condition.

Should we bring our own linens ?

Sheets are not provided (EXCEPT for Oyat mobil-home), but it is possible to rent some at reception.

  • Double bed : €12
  • Single bed : €10
  • Towel kit (1 big + 1 little) : €5.50

What are the dimensions of the beds ?

Our eco and comfort ranges have 140cmx190cm double beds and 80cmx190cm single beds.

Our premium range has 160cmx200cm double beds and 80cmx190cm single beds.

Do you have a baby kit in rental ?

You can rent a baby kit (baby bed + high chair + pushchair) for €5 per night or €30 per week.

If you do not need a full kit, baby beds and high chairs are also available separately (€2.50 per night and €15 per week)

Do your rentals have television ?

All our accommodation have television, except the adventure range.

Can we park several cars on a same pitch ?

One car is allowed per pitch.

On your arrival, we will give you a pass code to enter or to leave the campsite. However, a free car park is located at the entrance of the campsite.

What is the cleaning fee ?

The cleaning package starts at €90 and can be booked at the time of booking. We ask that when you leave, the dishes are clean and put back on the table, and that you take your rubbish bins to the selective sorting area.

Can a tent be installed on a mobilhome plot ?

No, it’s not possible to set up a tent on the plot for insurance and security reasons.

We rented a mobilhome for 4/6 people and there would be 7 of us, is it possible ?

No, the maximum capacity of our mobile homes is indicated at the time of your reservation. We have mobile home for 2/3 persons, 4 persons, 4/6 persons, 5 persons and 6/8 persons. It is not allowed to exceed this maximum capacity even for one night.

We remind you that babies or young children are considered as persons.
