If the campsite was affected by a containment measure, either directly, or by a restriction or a ban on access to the site, Campez Couvert will reimburse the amount of the stay with the “Site ban” guarantee which may be exercised in the context of an epidemic.
For any loss covered by Covid-19, Campez Couvert can also offer policyholders the costs of postponing the date or changing the destination (instead of cancellation), within the limit of reimbursement ceiling for cancellation.
